Terms of Service
Last updated 27 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between Ravindra Bisht, trading as LiftCRO (25 That Lamgara, Almora, Uttarakhand, India) (“we”, “us”) and the business that signs up for LiftCRO (“you”, the “Customer”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them on behalf of that business.
1. The service
LiftCRO lets you run client-side A/B, split-URL and multivariate experiments on websites you control: you add our snippet to your site, write variation code, and we assign visitors, apply variations and report results.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to bind the business you sign up for.
- Keep your login details secret and turn on two-factor authentication where you can. You are responsible for activity under your account and your team members' accounts.
- Workspace owners and admins control who has access and with which permissions.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider (which may act as reseller and merchant of record). Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude taxes unless stated.
- Plans are limited by unique tested visitors per calendar month. If you exceed your limit by more than 20%, new visitors see your original site until the next month or until you upgrade. We never charge overage fees.
- Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy, including a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.
- If a payment fails and isn't fixed after the payment provider's retries, experiments stop for new visitors until billing is resolved.
4. Acceptable use
You may only install the snippet on sites you own or are authorised to change. You must not use LiftCRO to:
- deceive visitors in ways that are unlawful, collect payment or login details under false pretences, or distribute malware;
- collect special-category personal data (health, religion, etc.) or data about children through experiments or custom events;
- break the law in the places your visitors are, including consumer-protection, privacy and cookie laws;
- probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it without our written agreement.
We may suspend experiments or accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
5. Your content and data
Variation code, experiment settings and the data collected on your sites are yours. You give us the rights we need to host, run and display them to provide the service. You are responsible for the code you publish to your visitors and for having a lawful basis, including any consent your visitors must give, for running experiments on them.
For visitor data we act as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. How we handle account data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and the snippet fast, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service unless you have a signed SLA (Enterprise). If the service is unreachable, the snippet fails open: your visitors see your original site. Support is by email at [email protected], with priority according to your plan.
7. Confidentiality and security
We keep your non-public information confidential and protect it with reasonable technical and organisational measures, described in the DPA. We tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting your data.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”. Statistical results are estimates, and decisions you make based on them are your own. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost revenue, and each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or anything that can't be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can close your workspace at any time. We may end these terms with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breach. After termination you can export your results for 30 days; then we delete your data, except what we must keep by law (for example invoices).
10. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we email workspace owners at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
